Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your order as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is crafted with care and intention, and we encourage thoughtful purchases.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@jcricket.it. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Corso Venezia 44, 20121 Milano MI Italy.
All returns must be submitted through our platform and shipped using the prepaid DHL return label provided by us. A flat return fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
Please allow us 3-7 working days to process your return.
Returns for refunds will incur a charge that will be deducted from the refunded amount. Select your shipping destination to display the applicable cost.
Our return shipments are processed via DHL. We are unable to issue any labels for other courier companies. You can book your collection online by going to mydhl.express.dhl/gb/en/schedule-pickup.html. Enter your 10-digit waybill number located under the barcode of your printed returns label, review your details and select a convenient day and time for DHL to collect your parcel.
You can also book by phone by visiting dhl.com and selecting your country to find the relevant telephone number. Remember to quote our account number found in the returns email.
You can also drop off your returns parcel at an approved DHL drop off location. You can find approved drop off location by visiting locator.dhl.com/ServicePointLocator

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
