Order Processing, Confirmation and Acceptance Policy
Please make sure that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order has been accepted by Jade Srl.
If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

After submitting your order, Jade Srl will send you an automatic order confirmation via email to confirm that we have received your order and that we will start to control the availability of the order. Please note that the order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, occur as a result from one of the following situations:
The ordered product is out of stock
Inability to obtain authorization of payment
An error within the product information, including price or promotion
Suspicion of any fraudulent activity
Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.
Please note that Jade Srl does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by email.
In this case, if we have already received a payment for the order we will refund the amount to you.
Customers outside the EU: Please note, additional taxes and custom fees may be payable when you receive your order, depending on where you are shopping from. For customers in the UK, please note that products that are not produced within the EU will be subject to custom duties due to Brexit. Such costs does not derive from Jade Srl.
Jade Srl accepts payments through most major credit cards and payment providers via PayPal.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
Our items will not be submitted to discounts or sales. We give value to each one-of-a-kind garment, it’s a limited production and meant to last a lifetime.
Due to its special production nature and limited materials used, we are currently unable to accept returns.

Jade Srl ships worldwide from our warehouse in Italy through DHL.
Shipping costs, customs duties and charges are the responsibility of the Buyer and may vary accordingly to the final destination.
We’re unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
Delivery to rural addresses can take longer
VAT is included in all product prices.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).
When the shipment has left the warehouse you will be able to track your order by logging in with your order number and email address here.
Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.

We remind first-time Clients that JCricket.com can request the Bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
Shipping to Italy: 24-48 hours
Shipping to the EU Countries: 1–2 business days
Shipping outside the EU: 2-6 business days, according to the final destination
Jade Srl cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of J. Cricket.
Please note, couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on the following Italian holidays:
Jan 1, 6 – Easter and Easter Monday – Apr 25 – May 1 – Jun 2 – Aug 15 – Nov1 – Dec 8, 25, 26
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or J. Cricket.
Taxes and duties:
The Prices of Products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of VAT and excluding customs duties.
For orders outside of the EU: all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
Jade Srl cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
